In this entry we will review the basic configuration required to integrate Verint using SIPRec and TSAPI as described in the entry Verint – Lab Environment description.

The first thing is assigning the correct interfaces that will be dedicated for the services, in this case:

• Verint_Capture is dedicated for SIPRec defining the UDP ports used for RTP/audio
• Verint_DMZ is associated with the TSAPI client running to connect to the AES server for CTI events

SIPRec adapter is defined to communicate with the Oracle SBC and establish the session recording, you can define:

• Data Source used to correlate information
• Device Type to used as SRC, in this case Oracle SBC
• Signaling transport protocol and port
• Supported Codecs

TSAPI Adapter is used to define:

• AES server (TSAPI client must be installed and configured in Windows, in case of any doubt please refer to Avaya AES – Admin task – TSAPI CTI link basic testing entry)
• TSAPI user/password information
• Data Source used to correlate information
