Where Is My Voice Packet is a collaboration effort created by two individuals with 15 years of hands on experience on different Information Technology fields.

The objective of this blog is to create documentation, hands on labs, performance testing, knowledge database repository and share our experience with others.

This blog will create multiple lab to perform testing and provide simple environments that can be used as the foundation for more complex implementations.

I am a graduate of Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), where majored in Electronic Systems Engineer.

I have been involved in presales, support, implementation, administration, and architect of complex voice networks since 2003 working and integrating multiple solutions like Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Aspect and Acme Packet/Oracle Communications.
